Gemma Brown

Gemma Brown is an experienced professional in commercial partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Partnerships at New Zealand Rugby since March 2019. In this role, Gemma leads a global team of Partnership Managers and Operations specialists, focusing on developing a top-tier partner program for NZ Rugby. Previously, Gemma held various positions within New Zealand Rugby, including Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager, where responsibilities included managing commercial requirements for the All Blacks, and acting Head of Commercial Partnerships. Gemma's earlier career involved significant roles in sponsorship and operations management at the New Zealand Rugby Players Association and other organizations, coupled with a foundational career at companies such as Salesforce and HIM Limited. Gemma is a graduate of Avondale College in Auckland.
