Roger Bayly

Roger Bayly has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Roger is currently the Head of Energy IT at NZX Limited, a position they assumed in June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Market Operations at NZX Limited from July 2021 to July 2022. Before joining NZX Limited, Roger worked at ANZ as a Tech Delivery Lead from April 2020 to July 2021. Roger also held the role of Head of Information Technology at the Medical Council of New Zealand from February 2019 to April 2020. Roger has extensive experience in project management, having worked as a Director at Novanto Limited from January 2013 to January 2019, and as a Project Manager at Verifone from February 2013 to November 2018. Additionally, Roger has served as the owner of Sports Car Services Limited and worked as a Consultant at ANZ from November 2006 to March 2010. Roger started their career at the National Bank of New Zealand in 1987, where they held various roles including Senior Audit Manager, Programme Manager, and Markets Operations.
