Sarah Miller

Sarah Miller is an experienced legal professional and governance expert, currently serving as the NZX Future Director at NZX Limited and a Tribunal Member at the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal. Holding the title of Establishment Board Member at the NZX Corporate Governance Institute, Sarah also operates as the Principal and Director of Black Letter Consulting Limited, which provides advisory services to NZX/ASX listed companies. Previous roles include General Counsel and Company Secretary for Serko Ltd., where notable achievements included leading various significant capital raising and IPO initiatives, and serving as Governance Secretary for the Fonterra Independent Selection Panel. With a solid legal foundation, Sarah holds an LLB (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington and remains actively involved with the NZ Listed Companies Association.
