Shane O'Connor

Shane O'Connor has extensive experience in client services and management within the financial and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as H&PI Trust Manager and previously held positions such as Client Operations Team Leader and Transaction Services Administrator at Perpetual Limited since August 2016. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at The Welcome Inn Thirlmere, where responsibilities included staff management and event organization, and Trainee Manager at Narellan Hotel. Initially, Shane O'Connor worked at Perpetual Limited from March 2006 to November 2011 as a Client Services Administrator, gaining valuable skills in documentation management, problem-solving, and process implementation.
