Sergio Sampaio

Sergio Sampaio is currently the VP of Operations at O Boticário. Sergio has over 15 years of experience in operations and executive management. Sergio started their career in 2005 as an Administrative and Project Director at NAMISA - CSN. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all administrative functions and projects. In 2010, they left NAMISA to join Locamerica as their Diretor Comercial e Mkt. In this role, they were responsible for the commercial and marketing operations of the company. In 2012, they left Locamerica to join Ferrous Resources do Brasil as their Diretor Executivo de Operações e Implantação - COO. In this role, they were responsible for the operations and implementation of the company's expansion plans. In 2015, they left Ferrous Resources to join O Boticário as their VP of Operations.

Sergio Sampaio has a Conselheiro in Administração de Empresas from Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, an Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Gestao Corporativa, Financeira, Estratégia Empresarial , Marketing e Vendas from IESE Business School, an MBA in Retail and Logistc MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Master in Administration from Universidade de Brasília.
