Vaughn Heaston has a strong background in sales training and development. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Account Director for MarketStar, managing Microsoft's North American Small Business and Macintosh Business Unit channels. Vaughn then became the Director of Retail Sales/Purchasing at MedSource Direct and was responsible for all sales, purchasing, and business development activities. Vaughn joined Novell in 2007 as the Global Channels Enablement Manager, leading the development and delivery of sales training for sales personnel and business partners on a global level. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Sales Trainer/Instructional Designer at EVault, where they managed the development and delivery of training programs for over 500 employees worldwide. Vaughn joined Infor in 2012 as the Senior Manager of Americas Enablement, working with a team to develop and implement training and enablement programs for the global sales force. Vaughn then held positions at Kronos, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Rubrik, Inc. before starting as the Director of Sales Training & Development at O.C. Tanner in 2018.
Vaughn Heaston completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brigham Young University in 2014. Vaughn also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Weber State University.
