Danny Willems

Danny Willems has a diverse work experience in the fields of cryptography, software development, and engineering. Danny is currently working as a Cryptography Engineer at O(1) Labs, where they are involved in cutting-edge Web3 and zero-knowledge-proof technologies. Prior to this, Danny served as the CEO of LeakIX, a platform that combines a search engine with an open reporting system for cybersecurity incidents.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Danny worked as a Cryptography Engineer at Nomadic Labs, where they contributed to cryptographic engineering projects. Danny also served as a Blockchain Lead and Software Developer at B2C2 Ltd., where they managed the accounting system and worked on parts of the trading system.

Earlier in their career, Danny worked as a Scala Developer for a startup that aimed to develop a social network for legal jobs. Danny also interned at Inria, where they worked on the foundation of programming languages, and at BeSport, Inc., where they developed OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect servers and clients.

Danny's work experience also includes a role as a Software Engineer at Citypharma SPRL, where they developed a hybrid mobile application and a continuous integration system.
