Sonia Sharma Swami has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. Sonia Sharma is currently the Head of Information Technology, Application Engineering, and Digital Transformation at O2 Power, where they manage delivery and engagement for the company's digital transformation initiative. Prior to this, Sonia worked as a Director at EY Technology Solutions for a few months in 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Sonia served as the V.P. of Technology & Delivery at Cloudway Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for understanding organizational vision and building technology enablers. Sonia Sharma led global engineering teams and successfully delivered projects within agreed timelines, cost, and quality.

Before that, Sonia worked at R Systems as a PM/Technical Architect, managing Microsoft Dynamics AX & CRM implementations/support. Sonia Sharma had client interactions, analyzed requirements, and designed solutions. Sonia Sharma also managed ERP teams and conducted trainings.
