Thomas Birgen

Thomas Birgen is an experienced financial professional specializing in trading and crypto market operations. Currently serving as the Country Manager at Obsidian Achernar since February 2024, Thomas previously held significant roles at BVNK as Director and Africa Expansion Lead and Head of Trading for Africa, where efforts focused on integrating crypto and fiat banking solutions. Additional experience includes the position of Head of Trading at Coindirect and roles at AZA as Manager of the Trading Desk and at BitPesa in various trading and customer service capacities.
