Robert Rosales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career in 1993 as an Application Developer at Universal Studios Hollywood. Robert then worked as an Application Development Manager at Eagle Hardware & Garden (now Lowes) from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Senior Manager of Application Development at World Lighting & Design. Rosales then worked as a Systems Analyst at Nintendo from 2003 to 2004. Robert joined Oak Harbor Freight Lines as an IT Manager from 2004 to 2007. Robert then moved on to become the IT Infrastructure Support Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2007 to 2012. Since 2012, Rosales has been working at Oak Harbor Freight Lines as the Director of IT, where they are responsible for various IT services, including infrastructure, help desk, application development, vendor management, and cyber security. Additionally, they play a key role in guiding the organization's digital transformation by aligning technology with business processes and goals.

Robert Rosales attended the University of Washington from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Management. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1990, they attended DeVry Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System.
