Brandi Schmidt

Brandi Schmidt has a variety of work experience in finance and management roles. Brandi is currently the Director of Finance at Oak View Group since March 2022. Before that, they served as the CEO of Beyond Bookkeeping starting in May 2018. From May 2018 to March 2022, they also worked in finance at Friends of Zoo Boise. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at Living Independence Network Corporation from October 2013 to March 2022. Brandi Schmidt has also taken on leadership roles as a Board Member for Family Advocates - Boise from March 2017 to January 2019 and as an Office Manager at Idaho Nonprofit Center from June 2011 to October 2013. Brandi previously held the position of Director of Faith Formation and High School Ministry at Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise from August 2006 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Drywall Perfection Inc from January 1997 to March 2008.

Brandi Schmidt earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Boise State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Brandi later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Pastoral Ministry from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, attending from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Brandi obtained certifications in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in Offices: US Managers" from Traliant in 2024 and the "SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)" from SHRM. Brandi also holds a certification as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup. Brandi Schmidt's education also includes completion of the Leadership Boise program and the Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) program.
