Luis Victoria

Luis Victoria, M.A., serves as the Coordinator of Minor League Operations and Coordinator of Educational and Cultural Programs for the Oakland Athletics since January 2020. Previously, Luis worked as a Cultural Development and Video Intern for the Kansas City Royals, where responsibilities included video recording, data collection for player evaluation, and cultural preparation for Latin American players. Additional experience includes a Full-Time Internship with the Idaho Falls Chukars Professional Baseball, focusing on support for Spanish-speaking players, and an Inside Sales Representative role at Minnesota United FC, achieving top sales performance. Luis holds a Master of Arts in Sports Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and multiple undergraduate degrees from Northland College in Business Administration and Management.
