Karl serves as a Senior Consultant at Oakland Consulting LLP and has been the Managing Director of KRS Profitti Ltd since February 2011, focusing on advanced Lean Management Strategies. Previous roles include Director of Lean Programmes at UKValueManagement and Head of Aerospace & Defence Programmes at Industry Forum, emphasizing the development of industry-specific business improvement initiatives.
