Allyson Dewar

Allyson Dewar is an experienced educator and technology specialist with a career spanning over 18 years in various educational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Coordinator and previously as a Technology Integration Specialist at Oakland Schools since August 2013, Allyson has a strong foundation in integrating technology into educational settings. Prior to this, Allyson taught as a Digital Applications Instructor at Tomlinson Middle School from August 2012 to August 2013, and served as a 5th Grade Teacher at the Academy for Business and Technology Elementary from July 2007 to July 2012. Additionally, Allyson taught English Language Arts and Geography at Summit Academy Middle School from July 2005 to July 2007. Allyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Michigan University and a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Michigan State University.
