Kimberly Raney

Kimberly Raney has over 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics. Kimberly currently works as the Executive Director of Procurement, Warehouse, & Transportation-Business Operations at the Oakland Unified School District. In this role, they provide visionary leadership and oversees strategic activities for transportation operations. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of Transportation, Logistics, Mail, & Print Services at the same organization. Before joining the Oakland Unified School District, Kimberly worked as the VP of Operations at KR Express Inc., where they managed operational functions and growth initiatives within the logistics and shipping/delivery business. Kimberly also has experience as a P&D Manager at FedEx Ground and as the Director of Operations at Excel Transportation, Inc. Throughout their career, Kimberly has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, fiscal accountability, continuous improvement, and staff development.

Kimberly Raney attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2016 to 2017, focusing on Negotiation. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Argosy University from 2015 to 2017. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
