Matilda Roskell

As most of you have now heard her strange hybrid accent – sheI will share a brief origin story; Born in London, raised in New Jersey, and then attended Syracuse University in New York. She recently graduated with a major in Psychology with a focus on CRS (Communications & Rhetorical Studies). With most of her courses consisting of organizational change and behavioural psychology, she really wanted whatever industry she went into to be in a people facing role – so logically, recruitment.

She recruited herself for a role in Tech recruitment straight out of university and then quickly decided she needed a change – quite frankly – out of technology. As she began conversations with Simon Hunt and Max Horton, she was presented with an opportunity at Oakleaf, one that was very easy to say yes to. She is very happy to be surrounded by an amazing team and organization and look forward to learning and growing here!
