Kelsey Bayley

Kelsey joined Oakley in 2022 and focuses primarily on deal origination, execution and investment advice.

Prior to joining Oakley, Kelsey worked at Silverfleet Capital in London, focusing on technology, healthcare and industrials investments across Europe. Previously, Kelsey spent four years at LDC working on investments in business services and alongside portfolio company management teams to deliver value creation projects.

Kelsey holds a BA in Business Management from Henley Business School and an MSc in Corporate Finance from Cass Business School.
