Olga Ludkova

Olga Ludkova is a seasoned professional in portfolio reporting and valuations, currently serving as the Portfolio Reporting & Valuations Senior Manager at Oakley Capital since May 2023. Prior to this role, Olga held the position of Assistant Director in Advisory Corporate Finance at Deloitte, where expertise was applied in M&A activities, providing strategic advice to clients in the Industrials sector. Notably, Olga advised on significant deals such as the disposal of Tracerco by Johnson Matthey plc and the acquisition of FCSL by Solventis. Olga's extensive background also includes a decade at PwC, where more than 50 M&A transactions were successfully managed across diverse industries and outstanding contributions in financial due diligence projects were recognized through awards and promotions.
