Paula Waldruff

Paula Waldruff is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Student Success Coordinator at Oakmont Education since July 2023. Waldruff has held various roles at North Central State College from January 2015, including Adjunct Faculty teaching courses such as Advertising and Promotion, Marketing, and Customer Service, as well as positions in grants and development, admissions, and career pathways. Prior to this, Waldruff was the Director of Customer Care at School Specialty, managing a large contact center and leading process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Waldruff also gained managerial experience as a Retail Manager at Verizon Wireless, overseeing multiple store locations and teams. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, both from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Management from North Central State College.
