Igor Molchanov

Igor Molchanov has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Igor started their career in 2009 at Sunrise Senior Living, where they held various roles including Executive Director, Associate Director of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations. In 2016, they joined Elmcroft Senior Living as a Regional Director of Operations. Igor then moved to Oakmont Management Group in 2017, where they served as a Regional Executive Director Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Business Insights at Oakmont Management Group. Igor Molchanov has demonstrated their expertise and leadership skills in the senior living industry throughout their career.

Igor Molchanov completed their undergraduate studies at UCLA from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science. Later, they pursued further education at California State University Channel Islands from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business & Economics.
