Michelle Herman

Michelle Herman has a diverse work experience in various senior living and hospitality organizations. Michelle is currently working as a Marketing Director at Oakmont Senior Living since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Director at Coterie Senior Living from August 2022 to March 2023, and at Kisco Senior Living from May 2020 to August 2022. Before entering the senior living industry, Michelle held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Evolution Hospitality from March 2018 to May 2020. Michelle also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bauer's Intelligent Transportation from June 2016 to July 2017, overseeing strategic sales and marketing operations for multiple ground transportation and technology companies. Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Global Director of Sales at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they led a team and managed relationships with global accounts.

Michelle Herman earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Michelle attended the college from 1980 to 1984.
