Steve Earthy is an experienced professional in the field of financial crime, currently serving as the Director of Financial Crime at OakNorth since October 2022, with prior positions as Associate Director and DMLRO. Steve has extensive experience in leading financial crime operations, having held the role of Head of Financial Crime at Masthaven Bank from December 2014 to October 2022. Previous positions include roles at Park Lane Quality Consultants Ltd as a Freelance Auditor and at GE Capital as a Senior Risk Assurance Analyst. Steve's expertise encompasses areas such as Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, Anti-Money Laundering, fraud investigations, and compliance. Educational qualifications include an International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from Manchester Business School obtained between 2017 and 2018.
