Caroline Iwamoto

Caroline Iwamoto is an experienced retail and culinary professional with a strong background in management and training. Currently serving as Floor Manager at Oaktown Spice Shop since January 2018, Caroline oversees sales floor operations, trains staff on product knowledge, and manages inventory and cash handling. Previously, Caroline held multiple leadership roles at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and worked as a pastry cook at Paula LeDuc Fine Catering. Additional experience includes sales representation at Farmer's Markets and tutoring at UC Santa Cruz. Caroline Iwamoto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
