Kristina Brown Rice

Kristina Brown Rice, M.A., M.S., currently serves as Vice President of HR Operations & Analytics at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kristina accumulated over 13 years of experience at The Walt Disney Company, progressing from Graduate Associate People Insights to Senior Analyst and then to Senior Manager of People Insights, culminating in the role of Director, Analytics Solutions & Enablement. Throughout this tenure, Kristina led a global team and collaborated with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights and optimize HR processes. Kristina holds a Master of Science in Strategic Analytics from Brandeis University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Antioch University Los Angeles, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
