Samantha Noll has worked in the hospitality industry since 2007. Samantha began their career as a Front Desk, Reservations & PR Trainee at the Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg. Samantha then moved to the Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin, where they were a Housekeeping Department Trainee. In 2008, they returned to the Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg as a Food and Beverage Department Trainee and also worked as a Sales & Marketing Department Trainee at the Hôtel de la Cite in Carcassonne. In 2009, they worked as a Food and Beverage Department Trainee at the Widder Hotel in Zurich. In 2012, they were a Sales & Marketing Trainee at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London. In 2013, they joined Novility as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing strategic direction with regards to all commercial functions and creating and executing the sales and marketing strategy. In 2020, they became the Head of DACH & Middle East at Oaky, a commission-free upselling platform which helps hotels maximize profit and enhance the guest experience.
Samantha Noll's education history includes a BSc Honors in Hospitality Management from EHL, which they obtained with the highest GPA from 2009 to 2013. Samantha also holds an IB Diploma from Berlin Brandenburg International School from 2002 to 2008. Prior to this, they attended the Anglo American School St. Petersburg and El Gouna, Sharm el Sheikh. Additionally, they hold a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification from HSMAI, which they obtained in November 2021.
