Moira Howorth

Moira Howorth is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at St Edmunds Catholic School in Portsmouth since September 1993, Moira also holds positions as a Committee Member for Oarsome Chance, contributing to initiatives for disadvantaged youth through sport and vocational training, and as a member of the Diocesan Safeguarding Subcommittee (Education) for the Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth. Moira's previous roles include Head of Year at St Edmunds Catholic School and Head of Girl's PE at Horndean Community School. Moira's educational background includes a BHum in Physical Education and French from London University, a PGCE from the University of Exeter, and a Master of Science in Education and Training Management from Portsmouth University.
