Miguel Garcia

Miguel Garcia is a highly experienced engineer with a robust background in infrastructure and environmental management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Oasis Consulting Services since October 2022, Miguel also holds the position of Head Of Infrastructure Department at Municipio de Toa Baja since March 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure as Environmental Manager at Allied Waste of Puerto Rico, Inc. from January 2010 to March 2021, and as Project Engineer at Landfill Technologies from May 1999 to September 2007. Miguel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, completing the degree between 1992 and 1998.
