Matthew Shipman

Matthew Shipman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as President and Chief of Staff at Oasis Experiences since November 2021, Shipman previously held the position of Head of Operations at Finch from December 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, Shipman was an Associate at McKinsey & Company from July 2018 to 2021, contributing to strategy development and implementation for clients. Shipman's early career includes an internship as a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates and a tenure as a Naval Special Warfare Officer in the United States Navy from May 2007 to September 2016. Shipman earned an MBA in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Information Systems and Supply Chain from Penn State University, complemented by minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Military Studies.
