Paul Goldsholl

Paul Goldsholl is an accomplished HR professional and leader with extensive experience in talent development and organizational growth. As the Director of Talent at Oasis Experiences from October 2017 to October 2020, Paul established and scaled the HR department, supporting the company’s expansion from 40 to 800 employees across multiple locations. Currently, Paul serves as an Advisory Board Member for ChangeEngine and Upwage, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and supporting hourly workers through innovative AI solutions. Previously, Paul held various roles at Towne Park, including Manager of Leadership Development Programs, where leadership initiatives contributed to a talent pipeline for over 2,500 candidates. Paul holds a degree from Salisbury University.
