Robert Bukala

Robert Bukala has extensive experience in financial leadership and governance roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for multiple organizations, including Oasis Marinas and American Student Transportation Partners, Robert has held significant positions such as Vice Chairman, President, and CEO at Foundation Partners Group, where responsibilities included accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Geomentum Inc., VP Finance at Hewlett Packard, and financial leadership roles at Knightsbridge Solutions LLC and UroTherapies Inc. Robert holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BSC in Accounting from DePaul University.
