Jat Talton

Jat Talton has a wide range of experience in the construction industry, with roles ranging from superintendent to vice president. They began their career as a superintendent at Mercedes Homes in 2004 and then moved on to become a superintendent at Altman Contractors, Inc. in 2006. In 2007, Talton worked as a project engineer at Peter R. Brown Construction, a division of Moss Construction. They then transitioned to a project manager role at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2010 and continued in that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Talton served as a project manager at Signet Enterprises. In 2015, they became the director of operations at Technomarine Construction, Inc., and later became the president of the company in 2017. Talton's most recent position is vice president of marina development at Oasis Marinas, where they have been working since 2018.

Jat Talton attended East Carolina University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management.
