Jay Cink has a diverse work experience in the electrical system design and manufacturing industry. Jay is currently the President of Oasis Sales, Inc., where they provide strategic insights and advice to leaders in this field. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Sales at Oasis Sales, where they gained 26 years of experience in the wire harness industry. Before joining Oasis Sales, Jay worked at Kauffman Engineering, Inc. as the Operations Manager and VP of Engineering. Jay managed various departments and was responsible for implementing operational strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction. Jay also worked as the VP of Operations & Engineering at Sentral Assemblies LLC, where they marketed strategic customer accounts and negotiated contracts. In addition, they held leadership positions at Junction City Wire Harness Inc., Alcoa Fujikura Ltd, and Electro-Wire, gaining expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and customer service.
