Maggie is the Sr. Vice President of Contracts and Compliance at Oasis Systems. She is a retired U.S. Federal DoD Senior Executive, GM-15 with a career of 38 years of experience in Contracting and Program Management with the U.S. Air Force. For the better part of Maggie’s Air Force Career, she was a Senior Manager and Contracting Officer, holding a Professional Level III certification in the functional specialty of Acquisition. In both the Acquisition and Program Management community, she was always at the forefront of change consistently instituting AF-wide affordable solutions for the acquisition of high valued, mission-critical programs. She was key in the implementation of standard procurement systems, streamlining competitive processes, and working on key legislative initiatives as well as enhancing teamwork by partnering with industry and the surrounding Hanscom AFB communities.

Maggie’s solutions influenced the day-to-day operations throughout the Electronic Systems Center Command (now AFLCMC) and the entire Air Force. Maggie was highly respected for her track record of agile business solutions and was well-known throughout the Air Force for her acquisition and program management leadership for more than four decades; she was the “mentor” to more than one generation of customer-focused military and civilian contracting professionals. During the dreadful attacks of 9/11, Maggie was called upon to be in the “Commanders War Room” 24/7 as the single Contracting Officer providing extraordinary and creative responses and acquisition support to the Wing Commander and Hanscom AFB in an unknown dangerous environment of terrorism! She “stood up” and deployed the first-ever 66th Contracting Squadron from Hanscom AFB to respond to the attack on the Nation complete with the design of a “squadron patch” for their uniform (today still proudly displayed in her office).
