Aliya Qafarli has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer relationship management and travel. Aliya started their career in 2014 at the state social protection fund of Azerbaijan Republic, where they served as a DSMF until 2018. In 2018, Aliya joined Caspi Travels as a Caspi Travel and worked there until 2019. Aliya then joined the Veyseloglu Group of Companies in 2019, where they initially worked in customer relationship management and later became a senior customer relationship management consultant until July 2023. Currently, they are the Head of the CRM division at OBA Marketlər Şəbəkəsi, starting from July 2023.
Aliya Qafarli pursued their education in a chronological manner, with their first educational experience taking place from 2005 to 2010 at Baku State University. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree in the field of Biology. Aliya then furthered their education by attending the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, also known as UNEC, from 2014 to 2016. Here, they completed another Bachelor's degree, this time in Finance.
