Amanda Tran

Amanda Tran has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Amanda is currently working as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at the Obama Foundation. Prior to this, they held roles at Maven Wave, an Atos Company, where they served as a Managing Director, Sr. Director of People Experience & Development, and Director of People Experience & Development. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Chubb, where they supported over 400 employees and provided strategic support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and talent management. Amanda also worked as an HR Consultant at Chubb, offering support to approximately 300 employees and providing guidance on various HR matters. Additionally, Amanda has experience as a Benefits Administrator at AECOM, where they provided administrative and analytical support for benefit plan administration. Amanda began their career at Metrolink as a Human Resources Associate/Intern.

Amanda Tran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In June 2016, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
