Corey Chan

Corey Chan serves as a Strategy & Impact Senior Associate at the Obama Foundation, focusing on compliance and policy creation for the Obama Presidential Center construction project, managing procurements and contracts, and facilitating communications between various stakeholders. Previously, Corey contributed to the Cook County Sheriff's Office as a Research Analyst, evaluating program effectiveness and analyzing jail population data, while also serving as a Policy Fellow. Corey held writing and editorial roles at Chicago Policy Review and Berkeley Poetry Review and gained diverse experience in outreach and development at 826LA, alongside foundational roles in education and marketing. Corey earned a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
