Jihad D. Dixon, M.A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and public engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Associate for Strategy & Operations at the Obama Foundation since January 2022, Jihad previously held the role of Communications Associate at the Institute for Higher Education Policy and served as Commissioner for the Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs under the State of West Virginia.
