Samantha Whitfield

Samantha Whitfield is a Deputy Mayor at Township of Willingboro, working to enact local ordinances and policies. As a Community Development Consultant at various non-profit organizations, Samantha secured significant funding and fostered collaborations. During their tenure as Executive Director at OBAP, Samantha tripled the annual budget and organized successful national conferences. With experience at BioClinica and CoreLab Partners, Samantha demonstrated expertise in project management. Samantha also excelled in Leadership Development roles at Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ. Educationally, Samantha holds a Master's degree in City Planning, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and an Associate's degree in Psychology.
