Nicole Zich

Nicole Macho (Zich) currently serves as a Senior Specialist in IT Data Management at ÖBB since September 2021. Prior to that, Nicole held a variety of leadership roles at Lufthansa Group from June 2015 to August 2021, including Head of Global Sales Products and Programs for B2B Direct Sales. Nicole's experience also encompasses strategic market development and team management at Academic Positions, business insights and client relations as an Account Manager, and internships in human resources and economic representation. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Socio-Economics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, an MBA in Project and Process Management from FH Burgenland, and additional coursework in international studies.
