Luis E. Paul

Luis is Managing Director of OBE Power Networks and Partner and CEO of the Otepi Group. Founded in 1967, OTEPI develops and execute energy and industrial projects with extensive experience in LatinAmerica, USA and Europe. Luis has been directly involved with OTEPI Renewables, the subsidiary devoted to Renewable energy initiatives.

Luis has a BA/BS from Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas, Venezuela and an MBA from Stern School of Business in New York City.
