Andy Sims

Andy Sims is an experienced professional in sales support and project management. Currently serving as a Sales Support Analyst at OBERFIELDS LLC since May 2019, Andy focuses on updating company reporting for improved decision-making analysis. Prior to this role, Andy held multiple positions at Sears Home Improvement Products from 2011 to 2019, including Project Coordinator, Staffing & Training Manager, Field Sales Trainer, and In-Home Project Consultant, managing various responsibilities from project installations to training and performance analysis.
