Bjarne Pustelnik

Bjarne Pustelnik is a seasoned professional in the field of building physics and indoor climate consultancy, currently serving as Fagleder and indeklimarådgiver at OBH Rådgivende Ingeniører since November 2019, specializing in building investigations related to insurance cases, construction damages, real estate transactions, disputes, and expert assessments. Bjarne is also recognized as a skønsmand by the Danish Arbitration Board and the Danish Technological Institute. Previous experience includes roles as chefkonsulent at Ramboll focusing on environmental and indoor climate consulting, and as fagansvarlig for moisture and mold at OBH Rådgivende Ingeniører, where responsibilities included establishing and developing a new department. Bjarne's extensive background also features positions as a bygningkonsulent at Dansk Bygningsanalyse and byggeleder at AZ Huse, along with foundational training as a murer. Bjarne holds a Master’s degree in building physics from Aalborg University and a professionsbachelor in building construction from VIA University College.
