Rob Pepper

Robert Pepper is an accomplished professional in the fields of art and technology, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Object Construction since October 2017. Under Robert’s leadership, the company focuses on merging creative design with advanced engineering to deliver remarkable brand experiences through various mediums, including 3D sculptural design and CNC engineering. Prior to this role, Robert held key positions such as Technical Director at ZH Productions, where a new fabrication department was established, and Managing Director of Technical Design at Lexington. With a strong background in technical direction, production management, and educational roles at institutions like the National Youth Theatre and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Robert combines extensive industry experience with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from Dartington College of Arts.
