Neha Bakshi, a certified professional in human resources (CPHR), has extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Advisor at Objective Corporation since May 2018, Neha manages the entire employee life cycle, facilitates corporate inductions, conducts employee check-ins, and supports HR projects. Previously, Neha worked at Svitzer as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Aon Hewitt Asia as a Senior Specialist in HR Connect, where expertise in recruitment strategy, performance management, and grievance handling were developed.
