Quentin Lagier has extensive work experience in the legal field. Quentin started their career as a trainee at Weil Gotshal and Manges and later at Linklaters. Quentin then worked as an attorney at Gide Loyrette Nouel on a V.I.E. program. Quentin further gained experience at Hogan Lovells as an Attorney at Law. Quentin joined Brandford-Griffith & Associés as an Attorney at Law and eventually moved on to Astura where they held the position of Attorney at Law. Quentin co-founded RIOM LAGIER AVOCATS and became a Co-funding partner of the law firm. Quentin also served as the Co-funding partner of Riom Lagier - Avocats. In 2018, they became a Co-funding partner of CHANGE AVOCATS ASSOCIES, a law firm specializing in public and private M&A. In 2020, Quentin became the Co-Founder and CEO of Oblige. Their most recent work experience includes serving as a Board Member for an Aerospace & Defense Services company starting from 2022.

Quentin Lagier's education history begins with their completion of Baccalauréat at Stanislas from 1986 to 1998. Quentin then pursued higher education, starting with a Maitrise degree in Droit des Affaires from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 2002 to 2003. During the same period, they also studied Droit des Affaires at Université Humboldt in Berlin, Germany, where they obtained an L.L.M. degree. Quentin further expanded their academic achievements with a DESS degree in Droit Européen des Affaires from Université Paris Cité from 2003 to 2004. Following this, they attended HEC Paris for Mastère in Droit international et finance from 2004 to 2005. Lastly, Quentin pursued their studies at EFB, obtaining a CAPA degree in Droit from 2005 to 2007.
