David Clark

David Clark has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. David began their career in 1992 as an Audit Manager at PwC. In 2000, they were hired as CFO and VP Finance at Seurat Company (formerly XOR Inc.). In 2004, they joined Allos Therapeutics as CFO (acting) and VP Finance (Principal Financial Officer and Accounting Officer). During their time at Allos, they were a member of the management team that transformed the company from a development stage biotech to a commercial stage pharmaceutical company with an FDA approved cancer drug generating $50M in annual sales. David also led four public equity offerings which raised over $270M and led the investor relations function. In 2013, they joined Oblong Inc. as CFO. At Oblong, they are responsible for their innovative and patented technologies that change the way people work, create, and communicate. Oblong's flagship product Mezzanine\u2122 is a remote meeting technology platform that offers simultaneous content sharing. Oblong is publicly traded on the Nasdaq (OBLG).

David Clark obtained their Masters in Accountancy from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business between 1987 and 1992. David is also certified as an active CPA in Colorado.
