Jose Luis Ezquerra Bernad

Jose Luis Ezquerra Bernad has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Delegado de Aragón for Obrs Especiales Edificación e Infraestructuras since January 2019, and previously holding the same position at Obras Especiales since January 2007, where Jose Luis also worked as Responsable de Estudios. Prior experience includes a role as Técnico de instalaciones at SOCOTEC IBERIA in 2006 and as Junior calculo con elementos finitos at Instituto Tecnológico de Aragón from 2005 to 2006. Jose Luis completed the Programa Desarrollo Directivo, Gestión at IESE Business School in 2017 and earned a degree in Ingenieria Industrial from Centro Politécnico Superior Universidad de Zaragoza from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, Jose Luis attended Tampere University of Technology in 2004.
