Benjamin Tompkins

Benjamin Tompkins is an experienced professional in the glazing industry, currently serving as the Regional Glazing Partner and Customer Care Manager at O'Brien Glass Industries since January 2020. Previously, Benjamin held multiple roles within the same company, including Subcontract Capabilities Project Manager, Metropolitain Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Field Manager, and Planning Team Leader from 2013 to 2019. Benjamin's responsibilities included project management, safety oversight, mentorship of onsite glaziers, and resource allocation for various projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Irrigation Team Leader at Westrope Farming Limited from 2008 to 2012 and working as a glazier at Aussie Emergency Glass and Mackay’s Glass from 2001 to 2008. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Law from Monash University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
