José Manuel Fernandes is an accomplished journalist and educator with extensive experience in the field of media. As Publisher at Observador since 2014 and Editor of revista XXI-Ter Opinião at Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos since 2011, José combines publishing expertise with editorial insight. With a background as a Partner at Pedra da Lua, SA since 2006, José also provides consulting services.
