Chris Poling

Chris Poling is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Observe.AI since October 2023. Previously, Chris was the Regional Director of Enterprise Sales for North Central at MongoDB from August 2021 to February 2023, where Chris led go-to-market strategies and sales efforts. A significant portion of Chris's career was spent at Forcepoint in various leadership roles, including Area Vice President and Regional Director of Enterprise Sales in the East & Ohio Valley, overseeing multiple organizations to drive new customer acquisition and retention. Chris also held several managerial positions in mid-market and SMB sales across organizations like Tank Depot and Epicor Software Corp.
